AbsolutePro, Inc. is a Disabled Veteran–owned bookkeeping and tax-services firm. By using this website or engaging AbsolutePro for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services through it.
Website and Services
This website is provided for general informational purposes about AbsolutePro’s bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll support, tax-related support, and related services for businesses. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice for your specific situation. Submitting a form, requesting a free bookkeeping review, or contacting AbsolutePro does not by itself create an engagement or client relationship. Any services AbsolutePro provides are governed by the applicable engagement letter or other written agreement between AbsolutePro and the client. Those written terms control if they conflict with these website Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misuse contact forms (including sending spam, malware, or content you do not have the right to share). Do not submit highly sensitive personal or financial information through a public website form unless we specifically instruct a secure method.

Professional bookkeeping and tax-related services, when engaged, are provided subject to the scope, assumptions, and limitations in the applicable engagement letter. Nothing on this website expands AbsolutePro’s warranty or responsibility beyond that written engagement.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABSOLUTEPRO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.
AbsolutePro’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to this website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Liability arising out of paid client services is limited as stated in the applicable engagement letter or other written agreement.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by AbsolutePro or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal business reference.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
AbsolutePro may use or integrate with third-party platforms (including accounting software such as QuickBooks Online) in connection with client work or internal tools. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AbsolutePro is not responsible for third-party products or outages beyond AbsolutePro’s control.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of this website, except where an engagement letter specifies otherwise for client services.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
